Our aim is to find routes out of homelessness and into independent living for the vulnerable and disadvantaged people we assist in the course of our work every day.

Residential Service Manager

Four Square has been a major provider of services for homeless and other people facing challenges in Edinburgh for 40 years. Four Square manages a wide range of services throughout Edinburgh, aimed at providing assistance and opportunities that will enable homeless and other people to develop the self-confidence and skills necessary for positive and sustainable independent living.

Our Stopover project provides emergency accommodation with support to up to 16 young people who are homeless or at risk.
Our Number Twenty project offers temporary supported accommodation for up to 6 young women who are homeless.
Our Training Flat scheme provides temporary accommodation with support for young people who are homeless.

As our Residential Services Manager you will ensure that the services and operational management at Stopover, Number Twenty and Training Flats Scheme are of the highest possible professional standards and are in line with Four Square agreed policies and procedures.
