Our Impact

Very helpful and friendly support. I am really happy and grateful for all help with bidding for the flats, applying for benefits and grants, moving my flat when got an offer, contacting the Council, buying all furniture and help to set up my bills and much more - I would not be able to organise everything by myself. Thank you.

I really want to thank my support worker as she has put a lot of effort to get me a new flat in the area I wanted to move to, she has organised the van and money to cover all costs, she was there during the moving process to make sure everything goes well, she set up Universal Credit and Council tax, she referred me to supporting services in the area I live now to make sure i receive all help I need.

The accommodation is beautiful and peaceful but the best part of the service is the support offered by the women who work here and the environment they create.

There’s always someone on the other end of the phone. There’s always someone to help at all times and there’s always someone to come out and visit you whenever you need them.
