We believe everyone deserves a beautiful home and a place in their community.

Purchasing from and donating to our social enterprise – EFI, supports our charity and helps build a more sustainable Edinburgh.

In the heart of the community with a welcoming, cosy atmosphere and lovely, reasonably priced food.

Our meeting spaces offer the perfect space for team meetings, seminars, uninterrupted working and talk therapies.

Rooms can be booked by the hour, half day or full day and offers special charity rates.
